Goob

Goob

Goob was one of two hamster boys being rehomed by someone whose family had left them there. Since the person they were left with was unsure how to care for them, she initially wanted to give them away for free.

However, a rescue volunteer reached out and asked if we could take them in and find them safe homes, out of a concern that they would become snake food. Thankfully the nice lady agreed, and off they went to foster care.

Goob and his brother seemed to be thirsting for attention and company, and the volunteer’s daughter bonded with Goob immediately. After a two-week trial, she filled out the adoption form, and now Goob, an elderly man of one and a half, is enjoying his cushy new life full of snuggles and snacks!

High-five, Goob!
